
Dr. Zhao Zhihui, Chair of the ISHS Jujube Working Group, is a Research Professor at the Chinese Jujube Research Center, Hebei Agricultural University. She is also Director of the Nutrition and Processing Laboratory and Chief Expert of the University’s Saline-Alkali Land Experimental Station (HAU), and is a recipient of prestigious honors including Hebei Provincial Young Top Talent, Hebei Provincial Forestry and Grassland Science & Technology Leader. Dr. Zhao holds significant national leadership roles as Secretary-General of the National Jujube Industry Innovation Alliance, and Vice President & Secretary-General of the Jujube Branch of the China Economic Forest Association. Her research focuses on characteristic nutrient analysis and functional product development of jujube.
